Delivery and Returns Agreement

1. Parties and Definitions

This Agreement is entered into between Tudox Makina ve Hidrolik Pneumatik Sistemler Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and [Müşterinin Tam Adı ve Adresi] (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) registered at the address below.

2. Scope and Products

This agreement is limited to the Wall Printing Machines (TDX Eco, TDX W, TDX3000) manufactured and sold by Seller.

3. Delivery Conditions

3.1. Delivery is made within 20-30 working days upon completion of the Buyer’s payment. 3.2. Delivery time is 10-15 working days depending on the country where the Buyer is located. 3.3. Delivery time is 10-15 working days depending on the country of the recipient.

4. Return Policy

4.1. The seller performs all tests before shipping the machines. 4.2. The machines cannot be returned, unless any defect is found on the seller’s side.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. At the time of ordering, the Buyer shall pay the full price of the product. 5.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment.

6. Liability for Loss and Damage

6.1. Products are transported insured. 6.2. Damages that may occur during transportation are covered by the insurance company.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Kocaeli Courthouses are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from this contract.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The personal data of the recipient is protected under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVVK).

9. Warranty and Other Terms

9.1. All machines, except the print head, are guaranteed for 1 year.
