2. Subject matter of the contract

This contract covers the Wall Printing Machines (TDX Eco, TDX W, TDX3000) purchased by Buyer from Seller and the terms of this sale.

4.1. The product is shipped within 20-30 business days after payment.

4.2. Delivery time is 10-15 working days according to the buyer’s location.

4.3. Transportation and insurance costs are borne by the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

5.1. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and undamaged.

14. Termination of the Contract

14.1. If either party breaches the provisions of this agreement, the other party may terminate the agreement.

15. Additional Conditions and Changes

15.1. Additional conditions may be added to this agreement or existing conditions may be amended; however, this is only possible with the written consent of both parties.

16. Enforcement and Acceptance

16.1. This agreement enters into force upon approval by the parties electronically.

16.2. The contract is declared to have been read, understood and accepted by both parties.
